Step-by-Step Guide: What You’ll Need to Complete Your Business Account Application

Before you start your application with Manhattan Gold & Silver, please gather the following information and documents. Having everything ready will make the process quick and easy!

Basic Business Information

You’ll need your company name and address, whether you’re looking to sell or buy from MGS, and to disclose your business entity type (LLC, corporation, sole proprietorship) and a Customer Identification Number (either an EIN or SSN).

Primary Contact Details

Business Operations & Compliance

For legal and compliance purposes, we’ll need you to indicate whether or not your business has its own AML Policy or USA Patriot Act Program.

Trade References & Bank Information

Any other precious metals companies that you do business with.

BUSINESS ACCOUNT APPLICATION
Manhattan Gold & Silver, Inc. ("Manhattan") is required by law, by corporate policy, and by good business practice to identify and know our customers. Accordingly we require customers to provide the following information and certification, as a condition to doing business.

I. CUSTOMER INFORMATION FORM

The following Customer Identification Form seeks basic information that identifies a customer, and that permits Manhattan to verify that information, to check with third parties, and to make contractual commitments. Manhattan requires that all applicable information requested in this form be provided.

II. IDENTITY DOCUMENTS

For each natural person who is identified as a customer, or as an owner (ten percent or greater) or general partner of a business customer, Manhattan requires a copy of a current government-issued photo identity document, such as a passport or driver's license. This document must show the issuing government, document number, dates of issue and expiration, date of birth, signature of the individual, and a clear photograph.

CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION

The undersigned customer certifies that the information provided in response to the attached forms and requests is true and accurate, and that if such information should change, the customer will promptly advise Manhattan of such change.
